I took this photo from the top of the hill earlier this year, zooming in on it. The paddock with the white horse in is not our property. I sit in the room in the nearest corner, looking out the window when I am on my computer.

Connected to the power, 1970, all lights blazing for the photo, with the children in the garage doorway.

The roof is on, but no windows in the upper part yet. The terracing was done with a rotary hoe and shovel when we ran out of materials and money.

This is inside the living quarters, looking down the passage towards our bedroom, with another bedroom this side of it. The bathroom and a third bedroom are off the left of the photo.

  Some temporary flooring to make it easier to put up the wall at the front.

The basement. The round white thing is our rainwater tank. Work continues.
